It has been a real busy month of December.
I just shifted to a new place.
And I am on the journey to realising my dreams.
I missed painting... my new works are on the way.
Stay tuned!
Blessed Christmas 2008!!
Welcome New Year 2009!
Life will just get more exciting and fulfilling as long as
we continue to grow and change!
Like a wise man once said, " If you don't grow, you are made of PLASTIC!"

Lost in Romance
Size: 6'x12'

The colours of purple and pink always reminds me of romance.
This painting is done by generously squeezing pink, purple, white and shimmery red
acrylic paint on canvas, and I played around with the paints with my palette knife.
I like the combination of colours and the sense of movement formed. It seems like
someone lost in the whirlpool of romance.

Starting today, I will be putting my art work on sale.
You will see it here on my blog.

You are free to email me
or call my number,
if you like anything you see in this blog.
I can come up with new ideas/concept
and paint for you or your loved ones.

Quotation will be given depends on what you required.
I am doing customised greeting cards/gift items for special occasions
like baby bash, weddings etc, too.

And if you need someone to decorate your rooms with paintings,
I am at your service.

I truly believe a picture speaks a thousand words.

Be Still and Know

Size: 7'x9"

Acrylic on canvas

Nov 2008

This is a painting I did for a beloved and treasured mentor I have in my life now. She is a shining example of a woman of God, a submissive wife and an excellent discipler. I painted this for her birthday this year as she positions herself to another year of breakthrough in her life, walking deeper into her destiny. Growth is change, rapid growth means rapid changes. So I pray for extraodinary peace in her heart as she plunge into her new designation in the Kingdom of God.

Ripples in a Rigid World

My first abstract painting inspired by
Rae Mahaeffey's
Concentric, 2003, Oil on wood panel.

It was my attempt to reproduce the painting as a practice.

Ripples in a Rigid World

Oct 2008

In our rigid world of rules and regulations, our emotions
set off ripples in our spirit and soul, as we encounter different people and unexpected events in our lives.
It may sounds distressing, but I must say the world is in the colours you see it. I choose my world to be as bright and colourful as my painting is, filled with hope and promises of my Maker.

Tree of Life

This is my second painting. I painted it remembering Psalms 1:3. It says :" He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water..." And who is he? The one who delights himself in and meditates on the law day and night.

Starting Anew

Hi friends, this is a new page of history in my life as I share with you my journey in pursuing my passion in art. Since childhood, my first ambition is to be an artist , to put colours on blank pieces of paper, to add colours to our lives. I have picked up my paint brushes again recently, after I gave them up for academic pursuits and pragmatic reasons. As I started to paint again, I have found the joy within which I have forgotten for so long.
